Our Pump Repair Process

• Receiving—Each pump is inspected for damage and missing parts.
• Evaluation—The pump is tested with the proper controller.
• Disassembly—The pump is dissembled and inspected for internal damage.
• Quotation—We quote you the cost for a standard repair.
• Cleaning—All parts are thoroughly cleaned.
• Assembly—Every pump is assembled using new O-rings, wicks, lubricating washers or nuts, and ultra-precision ceramic bearings.
• Balancing—Rotor assemblies are balanced in steps and a balancing repair is included with your pump.
• Final Assembly—Stator rings are installed, and the pump is ready for testing.
• Final Test—Every pump is tested for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Packaging—Each pump is bagged in plastic and packed into a box with a foam-in-place system for maximum protection during shipping.
• Shipping—Pumps are shipped using the customer’s preferred carrier.
